For Job Seekers

Creating a profile is simple:
  • Click "Sign Up" and select "Job Seeker"
  • Enter your name, email, and create a password
  • Verify your email address
  • Complete your profile with your resume, skills, experience, and education
  • Upload a professional photo for better visibility
The more complete your profile, the more attractive you are to potential employers!
Browse jobs using our search and filter tools. When you find a position you like, click "Apply Now" and follow the instructions. You can attach your resume and write a cover letter. Track all your applications in your dashboard.
Yes! This is one of NaijaJob's unique features. When you create a complete profile, employers can search for candidates with your skills and experience. Make sure your profile is detailed and up-to-date to attract opportunities.
Absolutely! You can upload your CV as part of your profile and also create a "Job Seeker Ad" that showcases your skills, experience, and availability. This makes you visible to employers actively searching for talent.
Access "My Applications" from your dashboard to see all jobs you've applied for, their status (pending, reviewed, shortlisted, etc.), and any messages from employers.
Yes! Click the "Save" or heart icon on any job posting to add it to your saved jobs list. You can access your saved jobs from your dashboard anytime.

For Employers

After creating your employer account:
  • Click "Post a Job" from your dashboard
  • Fill in job details: title, description, requirements, salary, location
  • Select job type, experience level, and category
  • Choose posting duration and visibility options
  • Review and publish
Your job will be live and visible to thousands of qualified candidates!
Yes! Use our "Browse Talent" feature to search for candidates by skills, experience, location, and other criteria. You can contact promising candidates directly or invite them to apply for your positions.
Access "Manage Applications" from your dashboard to view all applications for each job. You can review CVs, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and update application status. Candidates receive notifications when you take action.
Verified companies get a trust badge and higher visibility. To get verified:
  • Complete your company profile fully
  • Upload your CAC registration or business license
  • Submit verification request from your dashboard
  • Our team will review within 24-48 hours
Featured jobs appear at the top of search results with a special badge, receive up to 5x more views, and stay visible longer. They're ideal for urgent or hard-to-fill positions.

Account Management

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your registered email, and follow the instructions sent to your inbox. The reset link is valid for 24 hours.
You'll need separate email addresses for each account type. However, if you're an employer who also wants to browse jobs, or a job seeker who wants to hire, contact our support team for assistance.
Go to "My Profile" or "Company Profile" from your dashboard and click "Edit." Update any information and click "Save Changes." Keep your profile updated to maximize opportunities.
